Yes. You can sign up and start using Hisab with no credit card required. The free tier gives you access to core accounting features. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll give you plenty of notice and your data will remain accessible.
Absolutely. Your data always belongs to you. You can export invoices, ledgers, and reports as PDF or CSV directly from within Hisab at any time — no need to contact us. If you close your account, you have 30 days to request a complete data export.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify inside your Hisab account and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorise the connection. Once connected, orders will start syncing automatically. If you run into issues, email support@bytewisier.io.
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Hisab supports multiple companies under a single login. You can switch between businesses from the company selector in the top navigation bar. Each company has completely separate books, accounts, and settings.
Hisab is designed to work for any business. The double-entry accounting engine, chart of accounts, and reporting are internationally applicable. Tax-specific features may be more relevant to certain regions — contact us if you need functionality for a specific jurisdiction.
